IMPORTANT: The pinches are NOT a punishment for negative thinking, just a very light pinch or tap – DON’T pinch yourself so it hurts! It’s just a little reminder to you to wake up and remind yourself its just a thought, not the truth. You can also use a hair tie on your wrist and ping it lightly when you notice a negative thought.
